Today had an early start. I went up to the church today to meet two of our high school students. These guys are awesome. They came to me about a week ago and told me to find a senior adult in our church that they could serve.
Did you catch that? Two high school students wanted to give up a Saturday morning to serving those in our church who may not be able to do some things for themselves.
This is one reason that I'm in student minisrty. This generation of students have a desire to fulfill the word of God. James 1 tells us to "be doers of the word and not hearers only."
