Interesting Words From Dr. Richard Ross

This past Monday, I had the privilege of going to Montgomery for a small conference that featured Dr. Richard Ross.  If you are in student ministry, you need to know this man.  He is awesome.  He is one of the professors over student ministry at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas.  He has been a part of some really great things in student ministry over the years.

At this conference, Dr. Ross was sharing about some of his latest endeavors and studies in student ministry.  He deals with the issue that seems to be a very hot topic in the American church today: why so many students are leaving the faith and church after high school graduation.  There was too much to put down here on this blog, but he did give us a great tool.  Below is a link to a chapel service that Dr. Ross led at SWBTS.  It talks about the main point of what he shared in this conference that I attended.  I encourage you to check it out and hear this message.
